Primarily investing in the fast-casual restaurant space, we are open to working with any small box retail business. We currently own and operate Craft Pies Pizza Company, Firo Fire Kissed Pizza, Fire Bowl Cafe, and previously owned and operated Drivers Edge. We have a diversified portfolio of auto-repair locations, restaurants, office, short-term residential, and resort homes. We also provide private lending solutions for smaller (<500k) real estate deals.
